Hi I'm Kim. An avid adventurer and rock climber, my passion lies in getting people moving better so they can live their fullest, happiest, healthiest self, free to explore this beautiful planet we live on!

I have been personal training for over 7 years, qualified by NASM-CPT (Certified Personal Trainer Level 3) and as a NASM-CES (Corrective Exercise Specialist Level 4).  I have also studied  with Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and am a certified 200 hour yoga teacher with Quantum Yoga..

Movement flow classes

Mindfulness with Kim

Kim's "Movement Flow" classes are somewhere between traditional yoga teaching and anatomy inspired movement and mobility training for the body. Using creative flows in fusion with her knowledge of the human body through her years of coaching, she teaches fun, exciting and challenging sessions. Classes encourage free, multi directional, different movement which intends to not only challenge the body differently, but also the brain. 

Kim isn’t interested in how many advanced postures you can achieve, she’s interested in how much you can explore the human movement you have available to you. How much can you challenge yourself in different ways – no matter how “yogi” you think you are or not.

Classes blend a mixture of mobility techniques with animal flow, strength and movement inspired training. Expect to get sweaty whilst having a lot of fun and exploring just what your body is capable of. Shoes optional, blocks may be helpful. Positive vibes, laughter and banter well received.

Have questions?

Where are Movement Flow and Move & Mobilise Classes held?

Classes are currently held online so you can do them from the comfort of your own home using Zoom. All you need is good wifi, ideally wireless headphones (not absolutely necessary) and a yoga mat. It may be helpful to have one or two yoga blocks handy (books make useful substitutes too!)

Where are one-to-one sessions held?

Classes can be held online or in person. During the current circumstances all sessions are online and are held through Zoom. 

What should you expect in your first one-to-one session?

Before training together we will establish your movement and mindfulness needs. This can be done over the phone or email. Our initial session thereafter will be an opportunity to get to know one another and for me to get to know how your body works, and discuss your goals further.

What equipment will I need?

Often much of the movement we do can be done without the need for large amounts of equipment. Although a mat, water and a couple of blocks (or books) may be useful.
