Go to Blueberry Brekkie Bowl

Healthy brekkie options got you feeling a bit…meh?! This is my fail safe go to brekkie bowl smoothie (it can be had in a bowl with a spoon or just a straight up shake!) Genuinely look forward to having this in the morning as its quite luxurious and creamy!

• 1 Scoop Vanilla protein (I used InnerMost protein for this bowl)

• 1 cup Coconut/Almond milk – use more if you prefer your shake thinner, less for thicker)

• 1 large handful of Blueberries

• 1 ripe Banana

• 2 tbsp of Oats

• 2 tbsp of Almond Butter (I use Pip&Nut)

• Sprinkles of Cacoa Nibs / Shaved coconut / 1 tbsp of Almond Butter to make it look pretty (and happens to taste pretty YUM too!) 😉

You can also totally make this the night before if you have an early start if you want a grab and go option in the morning. It gives me a super nutritious start to my day that will keep me going until lunch! Give it a go and let me know if you like it!
