Choccy Treat Smoothie


Hey guys,

Hope you’re managing to make the most of the glorious weather outside (if you’re in lucky enough to have it!). This morning I fancied a bit of a sweet treat after I finished teaching my HIIT classes at Paola’s Body Barre. This shake was rather delicious! Here’s how I made it…..

Choccy Treat Smoothie

  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein (I used KIN Nutrition)
  • 1 Banana 
  • 1 Tbsp Raw Organic Cacoa Powder 
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Large Cup of Water
  • 1 Large Cup of Almond Milk

Blend and you’re good to go! The perfect nice kinda naughty brekkie treat. Have an awesome one team.
