Hooray! Self Magazine’s February issue is out now! It features a great workout by Deborah Warner (fitness guru and founder of the first dedicated running studio in New York – Mile High Run Club). This workout is specifically designed for fitness bunnies that want to get better at running. All too often runners underestimate the importance of strength training in addition to running.
